The Spa Etiquette
Booking
It is advisable to book Spa treatments in advance to ensure that your chosen date and time is available. All treatment bookings must be secured with a valid credit card number. All spa bookings must be confirmed with a 50% deposit when booking. Bookings may be made up to twelve months in advance either in person or by telephoning Spa Reception.
Arrival
Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment for consultation. This will ensure all appointments begin at the correct time. Late arrival for appointments will mean a reduced appointment with no reduction in cost.
Cancellation/ No Show
As courtesy to other clients, please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a booking. No shows and on the day cancellations will charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Terms are as follows:-
More than 24 hours notice given - permitted with no charge
Less than 24 hours given - 100% of the cost will be incurred
Groups must give at least 7 days notice or the entire booking cost will be incurred.
Prices:
Prices are per person and correct at the time of print. Prices are however subject to alteration without prior notice.
We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure maximum standards of service and quality are maintained.
Special Considerations
Massage or stimulating treatments are not recommended during the first 3 months of pregnancy or to persons with high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical conditions.
