Managerial Vacancies:
Assistant Manager - min 3 years experience in a similar post in a busy 4* hotel with food and beverage service and a working knowledge of conference and banqueting operations; staff management, forecasting, cost control
Duty Manager - min 3 years experience in a similar post within a busy 4* hotel who can demonstrate a good all round talent at an operational level for all areas of the hotel
Restaurant Manager - min 3 years in a similar post with a busy 4* hotel who has expereince of both residential & "outside" business, staff management & standards training, sales and budgeting - wines & portion control
Senior Front Desk Receptionist - min 2 years experience in a similar operation who can demonstrate & co-ordinate sales, room allocation, relative accounting & money handling, staff management & standards
All of the above require excellent customer care skills, neat & tidy appearance, high standards of work with the ability to show initiative and be self motivated. A knowledge of Fermanagh and fluency in English language (most of our clientelle speak English as a first language) would be an advantage. References are required and will be checked.
